By accessing and using DentifyLab services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

DentifyLab operates as a fully digital dental laboratory platform. All services are provided based on STL files and case information submitted by the client.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted files, measurements, and specifications are accurate and complete before production begins. DentifyLab is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client.

Due to the custom nature of dental restorations, all orders are final once production has started and cannot be canceled.

If a manufacturing error or quality issue occurs due to our production process, DentifyLab will offer a remake of the product at no additional cost.

DentifyLab reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if submitted files are not suitable for production or do not meet required quality standards.

All communication, approvals, and revisions are conducted digitally through agreed communication channels.

By using our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that DentifyLab provides custom-made dental solutions based on client-provided data.
